Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Must complete alert charting on shift including vital signs. Must communicate when there are falls or hospital send/outs or returns. No lift community.
MUST ASSIST WITH CAREGIVING TASKS (Toileting, brief changes, etc.)
Med tech Assisted Living. Arrive 10 minutes early. Hoodies are not allowed, must wear scrubs. If you are late, your shift will be cancelled. You may not use your phone on the floor. If found sitting, sleeping or playing on your phone, you will be sent home. We take pride in giving the best care to our residents and will not allow work to not be done.
Must complete alert charting on shift including vital signs. Must communicate when there are falls or hospital send/outs or returns. No lift community. Must complete med tech task sheet and investigation reports. Must call/ Shelby AED or Ronda DHW for any incident or emergency.
