Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Clock in on our time clock. You will go past the rection desk, take the first left, go down the hall past the double doors. You will see the time clock on the wall. Put in your code, press enter, then clock in day,. Do not clock out for lunch.but clock out when leaving. Repeat process but this time press out day. Also, please wear scrub bottoms and scrub top. Preferably solid Black for CNAs and Gray for nurses. If you don't have those colors just do another solid color. Thank you. I hope you have a good shift.
