Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Park in the front. After entering the first door, ring the bell to get through the second door. After entering head to the reception desk and sign in.
Please review Policy & Procedure packet. Sign where indicated and leave in basket.
Clock in on our time clock. Go pst the reception desk, take the first left, go down the hall past the double doors and you will see the time clock on the wall. Put in your code, press enter, then click in day. Do not clock out for lunch. It will automatically take it. Do clock out at the end of your shift. Repeat the process but click on out day.
Our charting system is Point Click Care. If you haven't used it for at least 6 Months please don't request shifts with us as we do not provide training. Make sure all your documentation is complete before leaving your shift. I will not approve your hours until it is complete.
Also make sure you wear scrub pants and a scrub top. Preferably gray for nurses and black for CNAs. Solid colors.
